Note that the SVG DOM defines the attribute ISVGExternalResourcesRequired.getExternalResourcesRequired() as being of type OMSVGAnimatedBoolean, whereas the SVG language definition says that ISVGExternalResourcesRequired.getExternalResourcesRequired() is not animated.
